Site Supervisor

Trillium is a luxury developer in Colombo with residential, hospitality and commercial developments. We are expanding our Construction and Engineering Department. This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probation period. Our developments operate seven days a week, with staff working on a roster; this does not mean each employee works seven days a week. Accommodation is not provided. Immediate joiners are preferred. The role

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily construction activities, labour teams and subcontractors.
Supervise civil and finishing works against drawings and site instructions.
Monitor workmanship, progress, housekeeping and safe working practices.
Report material requirements, delays and site issues to the engineers.
Follow up on defects and corrective work.

Ability to maintain clear daily progress records.
