Technical Officer — Construction

Trillium is a luxury developer in Colombo with residential, hospitality and commercial developments. We are expanding our Construction and Engineering Department. This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probation period. Our developments operate seven days a week, with staff working on a roster; this does not mean each employee works seven days a week. Accommodation is not provided. Immediate joiners are preferred. The role

Key responsibilities

Take site measurements and check work against drawings and specifications.
Assist with inspections and maintain quality and defect records.
Prepare and maintain measurement, inspection and progress documentation.
Support material quantity checks and technical coordination.
Escalate discrepancies to the engineers.

Ability to interpret construction drawings.
