Assistant Engineer (Civil & Finishing)

One position available. Trillium is a luxury developer in Colombo with residential, hospitality and commercial developments. We are expanding our Construction and Engineering Department. This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probation period. Our developments operate seven days a week, with staff working on a roster; this does not mean each employee works seven days a week. Accommodation is not provided. Immediate joiners are preferred. The role

Key responsibilities

Assist in coordinating civil works, MEP systems, building services and finishing activities.
Assist in supervising labour teams and coordinating subcontractors on multi-storey construction projects.
Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

Candidate profile

Requirements

Minimum two years of experience in a similar construction role.
Experience assisting in coordinating civil works, MEP systems, building services and finishing activities.
Ability to assist in supervising labour teams and coordinating subcontractors on multi-storey construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Apartment or high-rise experience is preferred.
BSc in Civil or Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; diploma or certification in Building Services or Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
