Trillium Residencies in Colombo 8 is the landmark residential development associated with the beginning of the group’s modern chapter. The project commenced in 2005 and was completed in 2012, with a development value of USD 27 M.
Ratnayake-led management assumed responsibility for the partially completed development in 2011. The group completed the final Sunset Wing, delivered homes, sold inherited inventory and settled the project’s obligations.
